Gold Painted Wedding Invitation Set by Paper Melody's

This 5 x 7″ wedding invitation is printed onto high quality 100# smooth card stock (pictured in white, also available in cream).  The gold metallic borders are painted by hand, then a subtle line design is hand-stamped and heat embossed.  This set also includes a matching RSVP card that measures 3.5 x 5″ and features the same painted and stamped design.  Envelopes for the invitation and RSVP card are included in each set.

What do you think?  If you like today’s design, let me know in the comments and please share this post with your friends and family – there are buttons below for easy sharing on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Email, and Google+.  If you have any questions, are interested in placing a custom order, or would like more information, please click on the “Contact Me” tab in the menu at the top of this page and send me a message.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Mojo Monday 289- Baby Shower Invitations

Hey everyone!  Today I’m posting my interpretation of this week’s Mojo Monday sketch.  Here’s the sketch, for your viewing and crafting pleasure:

Pretty sweet, if you ask me.  Kinda different, which I find both nice and challenging.  Here’s what I came up with:

Baby shower trio

Sorry about the poor picture quality, I still have a hard time taking good pictures after the sun goes down.  Natural lighting is by far the best for pictures!

Anyway, I these cards measure 4 x 5.5″ and fold along the top edge.  On the inside is the typical “Who What When Where RSVP” information.  As you can see, I made three different color combinations: 1 for a boy, 1 for a girl, and 1 for the baby whose gender is as yet unknown!  Here’s a close-up to try to show off some details:

I made the polka dot paper by carving my own circle stamp from a wine cork.  The other patterned paper was made by repeatedly stamping a cute little rattle.  Both the baby carriage and the sentiment are embossed with clear powder, and the sentiment is popped up on a foam square.

If you would like to order these baby shower invitations or place a special order, please contact me!  Otherwise, enjoy the pictures and share with your friends 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

An Invitation

Happy Monday, everybody! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

Today’s card is actually a pack of cards.  A pack of invitations, really.  But the sentiment could easily be changed for multiple occasions.  Ok, ok, enough with the talk, here’s the card:

dress invites

Each card measures 3.5×4.75″

Here’s the inside:

When I made this card originally I had in mind bridal shower/engagement party/bridesmaids’ luncheon invitations, but you can see how easily it could be turned into a “congratulations” card, or a “hey, girlfriend” card.  I’m in love with the little dresses, each one handmade.  I can’t help but smile when I look at them!  These cards are still sitting out on my desk because I just love to look at them.  And I could sit and make those dresses all day long, they’re so satisfying.

You can find these lovelies in my Etsy shop, or you can contact me for a custom order.  Please let me know what you think, I love reading all of your comments!  Thanks for stopping by!
