Holding You in My Prayers Sympathy Cards

Hello, again!  Sympathy cards are always the hardest kind for me to make – you want it to be personal and beautiful, but not over the top in any way, a balance that I find difficult to achieve.  I recently had a request for 2 sympathy cards, and in today’s post I’ll show you what I came up with.  Take a look:

The first was made with papers from one of my favorite 12×12 pads, a die cut label, and borders from Silhouette.  Here’s the inside:

Coordinating papers and design, and blank space for a note.

Here’s the second card:

I used the same computer-journaled sentiment with softly colored patterned papers and touches of gold for this card.  And the inside:

A must-have for sympathy cards is space for a personal note.  Even if it’s short, a personal note is the best.

That’s it for me today!  Thanks for stopping by, have a lovely day!

These are so perfect….exactly what you want in a sympathy card. And, I agree…they are the hardest to make! Well done!
