Special Birthday Card for Mom and a Special Announcement!
Happy Monday, everybody! I hope your week is off to a good start. Today I have a pretty card and some exciting news to share with you. I guess I’ll start with the news 🙂 I’m excited to announce that I am one of 4 new members on the Crafty Secrets Design Team! I’m so happy to be on a team with some truly wonderful and talented ladies, and I can’t wait to start sharing projects with you. My first Crafty Secrets post will be this Thursday, July 17th, so be on the lookout! Here’s just a little sneak peek for you:

I was asked to make a very special birthday card for a mom, so I went searching the interwebs for an appropriate sentiment. Eventually, I came across this:
Not a day goes by when I don’t
think of you, love you,
and thank God
That I am blessed to be your daughter
I thought that was pretty special, so I printed it onto a lovely label from my DCWV “The Primrose” paper stack. I kept the design simple because the paper is gorgeous and visually interesting enough on its own. Here’s the inside:
